Earlier this week, AGL was invited to participate in the 2015 CDP (formerly the Carbon Disclosure Project). AGL has been providing information on our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, energy use, and the risks and opportunities from climate change to investors via our disclosures to the CDP since 2006.

The request for companies to participate in the CDP comes on behalf of 767 institutional investors with US$92 trillion in assets.

As one of Australia’s largest GHG emitting business, we recognise the importance of the transparent disclosure of our policies, initiatives and emissions.
