This week, AGL launched our bill re-design project. Our customers and the community told us that they'd like a bill that was clearer and easier to navigate and we've taken on board that message.
Staying within the bounds of the information we are required to provide by regulation, AGL has simplified the bill with a number of changes, including: more prominant key information such as the amount due and the due date, simpler measures such as the average daily cost ($) and energy usage has been moved to the front page so customers can see how they are tracking over time.
Larger font size makes the bill easier to read and different colours are being used - blue for electricity and orange for gas.
